When it was decided a logo was needed for the MyHomeChoice scheme, there was a lot of discussion about how we should go about it. It was suggested that maybe we could work with local students to design a logo. The result was a great success.

After briefing three students from Blackpool Sixth Form College, they went away and came back with an array of professional and eyecatching logos.

 Following some discussion we unanimously chose the logo you can see at the top of this page and also featured in the photo (right).

The students, Maisie Chow, Joe Watson and Lia Hayes (featured in the centre of the photo from left to right) were presented with a gift from the MyHomeChoice Board to thank them for their work. At the presentation was Andy Foot (left), the Fylde Coast Housing Strategy Manager and Chair of the Project Board  and Tim Freeman (right) who is head of Visual Arts and Media at Blackpool Sixth Form College.
